Refund Policy
LAST UPDATED · AUG 2026 · REV 7Short version: 14 days, no-download or undelivered-promise refunds on digital products. If we can't deliver what we promised, you get your money back — that's non-negotiable on our side of the counter.
When you get a refund
- The file was never downloaded within 14 days of purchase.
- We can't deliver what was promised — a broken link we can't fix, a product that doesn't match its listing, or a payment that confirmed but produced no delivery.
- Duplicate charge — billed twice for the same order; one is refunded in full.
How it works
Email the support inbox with your order confirmation. We verify the download status, and approved refunds are returned to the original payment method via Stripe — usually visible within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
What's different about lifetime revisions
Refunds end your entitlement. Keeping the guide means every future revision is yours free — for most owners that's worth more than the refund. Your choice, no pressure either way.
Chargebacks
If a dispute is filed with your card issuer without contacting us first, download entitlement is suspended while it's investigated. We answer every support message, so contact us first — it's faster.
